Orders & Shipping

You can place your order through our website or reach out to us on our email, or contact no.

We primarily use DHL Express shipping service to ship our parcels all over the world. All shipping charges calculated online are based on our heavily discounted DHL rates. You may also use your own shipping account. Just drop a message on our WhatsApp no. or simply email us and our team will assist you with this process. 

Once the order has been placed and the payment is confirmed, it takes somewhere between 2-7 business days for the processing to finish.  Post which, it is shipped via DHL Express shipping service and may take upto 5-8 business days for the order to reach the destination. 

While our office runs from Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm (IST). 

Our customer support team is available Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 10 pm (IST)

Our team will reach out to you with the tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. 

In case you are looking for something specific which you feel is not listed on our website please feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to arrange it for you at the best possible price. 

All our orders are processed and shipped from the beautiful city, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. 

Our technical team has developed a smart software system that calculates the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Actual shipping charges are derived with help of DHL shipping matrix that factors in the actual weight or the dimensional weight (Length x Width x Height), depending on which is greater. We then apply our heavily discounted volume rate that we contract annually with DHL. 

Payments, Returns & Exchanges

We use secure payment service of PayPal for almost all our transactions. If you wish to make payment using any other payment option like bank transfer or credit card, please reach out to us over call, email or WhatsApp. 

All your transactions are safe and secure as we use PayPal as our primary partner for transactions. 

Due to safety and security challenges, we do not offer cash on delivery facility as of now. 

We take immense pride in the quality of our products and statistically there haven’t been any scenarios where customers wanted to return or exchange a product. 

If you wish to exchange or return any product, share your concerns and the details. Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging.

In such scenarios, shipping charges will be worked out on case to case basis. 

Yes, in case you changes your mind, you are free to cancel the order within 3 days of placing the order. 

We cannot cancel once the order has been shipped. 

Product and Quality

We have tied up with some of the leading manufacturers and we regularly visit their manufacturing plants to ensure great quality. We get the products tested by third party laboratories.  Aromachology – Essential oil wholesaler continues to improve in this area and is dedicated to offering the best quality Natural Essential Oils at market-leading prices.

We also offer a certificate of analysis to our customers and unlike other vendors we share the active percentage in our products, ensuring complete transparency. 

While all our products are completely natural and pure, we do not recommend ingesting them. This is because these oils are highly concentrated and ingesting them can cause serious harm. 

Even International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFEAT) does not recommend ingesting essential oils. 

Pure natural Essential oils are highly potent and hence can cause irritation when directly applied on the skin. Hence, it is not recommended to use them directly. Only a professional has the know to dilute these oils with carrier oils in the right proportion to be used topically. 

Essential oils are directly derived from nature i.e. from various different plant parts whereas fragrance oils are created in laboratories with various different aromatic compounds

All our oils are 100% natural and of premium quality however they are all not organic. We do have organic oils available that are priced differently than natural oils, please reach out to us in case you are interested in organic oils, our team will assist you with the same. 

It is recommended to store natural oils at 0 and 20 degrees Celsius (room temperature) and out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration after opening is a good idea.

 

Our oils are transported in aluminum bottles to prevent breakage and spillage, but their Epoxy Resin coating can cause a change in the Essential Oils’ natural fragrances, if they are not decanted into dark glass containers/bottles after they have been received. If Essential Oils cannot be immediately decanted, they should be decanted with the top left off for a day or two so that the oil’s scent may rectify itself. On rare occasions, this will not be possible, but the quality of the oil will not be degraded.
